Show Southeasteriiers Recite Vows In Tuesday Temple Rites One of the top social s-vents of the week was the marriage Tuesday, Jan. 2, of southeast-erners southeast-erners Barbara Daynes and David Louis Bigler. The bride, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. Donald Daynes, 1812 Herbert Ave., and the groom, son of Mr. and Mrs. L. Burt Bigler, 2971 So. 7th East, departed on a honeymoon trip following the Tuesday nuptials . The double-ring ceremony was solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple, followed by a wedding breakfast honoring and a niece, Miss Terryl Jean Daynes, was flower girl. Standing with the bridegroom bride-groom as best man was Dr. Sher-win Sher-win M. Maeser, while Lee Wright, Wallace L. Williams and J. Richard Daynes assisted assist-ed as ushers. TEMPORARY HOME For her honeymoon trip, new Mrs. Bigler donned a knit suit of powder blue shade, accented with black accessories. The couple cou-ple will make a temporary home in Seattle, Wash., upon their return. Assisting at the reception were Mrs. Wallace L. Williams, Miss June Larson, Mrs. Samuel) Hill (Jerry Smith), Miss Helen Hanson, Mrs. Donald Griffin (Beb Olsen), Mrs. Richard Egan (Pat Gaddis), Mrs. Eugene Russell Rus-sell (Joyce Johnson), Mrs. William Wil-liam Kelson (Virginia Paul), Mrs. Prances Wright (Betty Dee Exeter) and Mrs. I. A. Smoot. (See Page 5 for picture of bride.) newlyweds in Empire Room of Hotel Utah. Complimenting the couple were parents of the bridegroom. An evening reception was held at the home of the bride's parents. The couple received congratulations 'midst a background back-ground of giant white chrysanthemums chrysan-themums and pink roses, flanked flank-ed on either side by tall white tapers. ATTENDANTS Chosen to attend the bride as matron of honor was her sister, Mrs. Sherwin M. Maeser, the former Miss Rae Jean Daynes. Sister of the bridegroom, Miss Anna Gae Bigler, was maid of honor, with Mrs. Rodney Gardner Gard-ner (Connie Gleave) as attending attend-ing matron. Miss Marian Daynes, young sister of the bride, was junior bridesmaid, were in keeping with the festive fes-tive atmosphere. Saw Mr. and and Mrs. Lester F.
