Bog-gess Bog-gess of General Electric, whe gave us an illustrated lecture and movie on F. M. radio broad casting and reception. A special broadcast through the courtesy of KSL demonstrated the possibilities possi-bilities in this new field. Tre-geagle. Tre-geagle. Lion Bob was beloved by all who know him. He was a willing member who always found time to do more than hi.s share for the good of the club. The ladies will be interested in-terested in this for it is the annual an-nual Birthday party of the Holladay Hol-laday Lions Club. Our regular Business meeting will be held the fourth Thursday Thurs-day February 27, 10-17 at the Olympus Jr. High School. The Olympus Band will furnish the program. FLASH At last Holladay has a 500 gallon pumper fire truck equipped with two way telephone, tele-phone, the -first in the State, temporarily housed at 2203 East 4800 South The phone number is Holladay 403. A siren will lie installed on the top of the building, which will be heard for at least two miles. Twelve volunteers have .started training for the duties of firemen in Holladay. Hol-laday. C. A. The Highland Center Lions Club and the Holladay Lions met conjointly in their monthly dinner meeting held at Andy's Dinners in Holladay. Feb. 13, 1047. No one can deny the evening even-ing was full of ttin and hilarity. Two new members Lions Joseph Jos-eph T. llenlley and Wm. L. Smith were initiated into the Club. Lions J. R. Browning, Clyde C.
