S. navy's physical education edu-cation program pot off to a fine start when Secretary of the Navy Frank Knox appointed Lieut. Commander Com-mander Jas. J. Tunncy, V. S. N. ?., to ha head man. Already the pro-pram pro-pram is showing wonderful wonder-ful results.
