Show Fort Recreation Center Nearing Completion RECEPTION CENTER, FORT DOUGLAS, UTAH The Reception Recep-tion Center at Fort Douglas, Utah is rapidly approaching completion. com-pletion. Officials at the Center state that it should be ready to receive inducted registrants early in February. The unit consists of eighteen frame buildings with concrete footings. The main structure is the Reception Center itself, designed de-signed to process 500 men each day. The permanent personnel will consist of 130 officers, enlisted en-listed men and civilian employees.
