Show age 4 SOUTH EAST INDEPENDENT Sugar Hous, Utah Thursday. Oct. 17, I9S7 Life With Lynne halla now. No offense . . . they're having their beard - growing con-test Sandy Dolowitz has me real cute sideburns. Splash! Another tomato bites the dust. The Valley View Sixth Stake had a cold, muddy time picking tomatoes, the other nite. Most of the people were picking tomatoes, but there are always some funny boys who have to help it along by throwing toma-toes at the people who are pick-ing. I felt like I was in a tomato war and I had to jump in my w the "crowd as they watched the game! Then the first touchdown. Wow! Everyone looked like they were going crazy or they'd al-ready gone me, too! "Look at the persian carpet!" "No, look at the red and yellow soldiers marching up the hill." "Look at that gold spilling down the hill." "There is Lady Scarlet ready to dance at ths Gold and Green Ball." These were the re-actions from our family as we took our annual ride around the Alpine Loop to see the beautiful world of autumn finery. Local stages will see fairies flit-worl- d of autumn finery. Local stages will see fairies flit-ting about, flowers sprouting, fan-tastic men of mars, etc. This is road-sho- w time. As for me, I shall be a fairy dressed in pastel green. Thrill, thrill, the other night I got to see "An Affair To Remem-ber." If any of you haven't seen that marvelous show I hope you'll sure try to. Kristeen and George Malouf had a nice time at the Newhouse Hotel the other night. They went to a dance sponsored by Saint Mary's of the Wasatch. They said Mark Antonio's Combo was super. East High School sure has some shaggy - looking people in their I lovt football games. I think it's so much fun when you get in the car and wind your way to any school whose team is still able to play! The cold, bracing air, the friendly greetings (and the not - so - friendly, too!!) There's priceless possession their vo-t-o play! The cold, bracing air, the friendly greetings (and the not - so - friendly, too!!)
