Show Montwel Couple Wedded in Saturday Rites MONTWEL (Special) In i a beautiful setting of flowers and candlelight was one of the season's loveliest weddings, held at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Max Nelson Nel-son in Montwel. Saturday evening-', November 13. Karen Nelson -became Mrs. Wayne Brown. Parents of the groom are Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Brown, also of Montwel Bishop James E. Hamlblin performed the ceremony. The bride was lovely in a wedding gown of traditional white slipper satin, enhanced by her full-length veil of tulle and lace, which fell from a tiara, fashioned ' with roses, Which complimented her bridal brid-al bouquet of pink roses. Attending the bride were Miss Clieri Nelson, her sister, and .the Misses Inez and Enid Brown, sisters of the bridegroom. bride-groom. All were attired in ballerina bal-lerina length formals in pastel shades. They carried nosegays of carnations. Best man duties were assumed as-sumed by Randy Nelson, brother broth-er of the bride. Mother of .the bride was gowned in a Gold Dacron afternoon af-ternoon dress and the groolm's mother' j dress was grey faille Both had corsages of baby orchids. or-chids. A buffet luncheon was served ser-ved to approximately fifty friends and relatives of the young couple. The bridegroom plans to return re-turn to school at the USAC in, Logan, while his new bride will continue her studies at Union Un-ion High School. The newlyweds will be complimented com-plimented at a - wedding dance and reception November 27, at the Montwel ward hall, commencing com-mencing at 8:00 p.m. |
