Show ThisWeek s RECIPE . . . Miss Janice Burgener has submitted sub-mitted one of her favorite recipes for the paper this week. It is for marshmallow pie, a delicious dessert, des-sert, and so easy to prepare. MARSHMALLOW PIE (1 pie) 32 marshmallows 1 cup milk " Place in top of double boiler nvpr hoiline water until marsh- mallows are melted. . Cool. Whip 1 cup cream. Sweeten to taste and add 1 tsp. vanilla. Fold 1 oz. semi-sweet grated chocolate into cream, and fold into cooled marshmallow mixture. Pour into grapham cracker crust, and place in refrigerator' until set. Serve grated chocolate on top of pie if desired. |
