Show July Fourth Program Planned For Duchesne The Duchesne Stake Mutual Improvement association will stage its annual July 4 celebration celebra-tion at the Duchesne City fair grounds, is an announcement made this week by the celebration celebra-tion committee. The days events will get un-' derway with a parade at 10:30 a m., with all wards in the Duchesne Du-chesne stake participating. At 12 noon a family dinner will be held. Each family is requested request-ed to furnish its own dinner. Horse racing, polo games, potato po-tato races, musical chairs, relay races, children's foot races and fish ponds will comprise the afternoon's af-ternoon's entertainment, followed follow-ed by a free show for children, commencing - at 8 p. m. in the L.D.S. stake house. A dance at the tennis court will climax the events. A traveling trav-eling orchestra will be featured. An admission charge will be made. All proceeds will go to the Bridgeland ward for its new chapel. |
