Show Notice To Water Users Notice is hereby given that Moon Lake Watep Users Association, Associ-ation, by Louie Galloway, Roosevelt, Roos-evelt, Utah, has filed with the State Engineer requests for extension ex-tension of time from May 20, 1951 to May 20, 1954, in which to make and submit proofs of appropriation ap-propriation of water under Applications Ap-plications Nos. 3652 and 7104, for the appropriation of 350 sec-ft, sec-ft, 14,000 ac.-ft. and 25.000 ac-ft, ac-ft, respectively, of water from West Fork of Lake Fork River to be diverted as direct flow and for storage in Moon Lake reservoir and used as a supplemental supple-mental supply to irrigate 71,317 acres of land. It is represented that $1,000,-000.00 $1,000,-000.00 has been expended on construction pf works and that water has been used as a supplemental sup-plemental supply to irrigate 53,000 acres of land. It is estimated esti-mated it will cost $34,000.00 to complete construction of the Yellowstone Feeder Canal. All protests resisting the granting of said requests, with reasons therefor, must be made in affidavit form, with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer. 403 State Capitol. A hearing will be held on these requests for extension of time before the State Engineer at 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, at the hour of 10 a. m , July 26, 1951.
