Show Mrs. Shelby Lisonbee Death Of Former Resident Reported Sad news of the death of Jody Brundage was received Monday. Mr. Brundage had lived in Bridgeland many years and will long be remembered as a wonderful won-derful neighbor. He is he father of Mrs. Viola Shephard, Mrs. Mary Liddell, of Bridgeland and Mrs. Olive Wilkerson, of Roosevelt. Roos-evelt. The people of Bridgeland extend ex-tend their sympathy to the Brundage family. Billy Shephard, son of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Shephard, was taken to the Roosevelt hospital last Tuesday, where he underwent under-went an appendectomy. Mrs. Donna Clayburn and children visited several days during the week with her parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Shelby May-hew, May-hew, at Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. LaMar Neilson and family, Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Law-rence Young and Mrs. Lois-Stansfield Lois-Stansfield and children spent Sunday at Mt. Emmons at the Lyle Young home. Nancy Beal spent a few days in Salt Lake City during the week. While there she attended the M.I. A. conference. I Mr. and Mrs. Shelby Lison-' bee and daughter, Bertie, spent ' Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Dwain Harper in Mt. Emmons. The Bee Hive girls spent Friday Fri-day afternoon at the home of LuJean Jennings, where games and refreshments were enjoyed by Edna Neilsen, Darleen Brady, Valoy Wright, Bertie Lisonbee, Lu Jean Jennings and the Bee Hive leader, Delia Liddell. Among those attending the stake Gleaner party at Duchesne honoring their fathers were Ruth and Malcolm Walters, Jane and Eldon Liddell, Emma Lee and Eldon Brady, Carol and Roy Taylor, Nelda and Austin Beal, Helen Brady and Helen Neilsen. Perry Young and Leon Walters, Wal-ters, of Salt Lake City, were Bridgeland visitors Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Young motored to Salt Lake Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Leo Merrott and family, of Mesa, Arizona, is visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. George Merrott. The families of Mr. and Mrs. Eldon Liddell, Mr. and Mrs. Er- vin Murphy, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Wal-ter Meyer, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Meyer, Mr. and Mrs. Bruce .Gaily, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Murphy, Mur-phy, and Mrs. Jane Murphy spent Sunday at Daniels canyon, where a Murphy reunion was held. - - - - - - Mr. and Mrs. Merrell King and family spent the week-end in Salt Lake City. Mrs. L. S. Wyman, of Craig, jColo., were Saturday dinner I guests of Mr. and Mrs. Glen Van Tassell. Mrs. Wyman is Mr. Van Tassell's sister. Mrs. Darleen Ross spent a week with her parents. Mr. and Mrs. Glendon Lamb. She return-,ed return-,ed to her home in Salt Lake on Saturday, accompanied by her I sister, Adele, who will visit ,with the Ross family for a few weeks. Mr. and Mrs. Wilson Neilsen and family left for Yellowstone National Park Sunday afternoon for a vacation trip. They were accompanied by Mr. and Mrs Vernal Bromley, of Duchesne. I A large crowd of Bridgeland people attended the three-stake genealogy convention held at ' Roosevelt Sunday. |
