Show ! Mrs. Violet Gentry Entertained Club Mrs. Elmer Yergensen was hostess to the Thursday Club at her home on April 17. After spending a pleasant afternoon, delicious refreshments were en-' en-' joyed by Margaret Lloyd, Olive Sorenson, Edith Gentry, Lucy Edwards, Mattie Mortenson and Violet Gentry. 1 Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Walker, of Salt Lake, visited last week ' at the home of Mrs. Walker's sister, Mrs. Senior Mortenson. ! Mrs. O. A. Dart was called I to Salt Lake last week by the illness of her daughter. Mrs. Ruth Leigh. ! Mrs. Glen Sorenson and little daughter visited recently in Salt Lake City. Mrs. Tom Gentry and children chil-dren and Mrs. W. G. Gentry were Sunday visitors at the I home of Mr. and Mrs. Devon ; Gentry, of Myton. ! ' Roy Mecham made a trip to Salt Lake last weekend. Sunday visitors at the homes of Mr. and Mrs. Emil Anderson Ander-son and Mr. and Mrs. Jack Spencer were Mr. and Mrs. Harold Anderson and family, and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Spencer, of Roosevelt. Howard Jones and Evan Per-cival Per-cival spent Wednesday evening in Duchesne. Visitors at the Reed Lemon home Sunday were three of Mrs. Lemon's brothers Roy and Alvin Timothy, from Jensen and Owen Timothy, from Prove Their families accompanied them. Boyd Lemon has been given a special le'ave to' come home and visit his baby son. Mrs. James Powell, of Mom-wel, Mom-wel, a sister of Henry Nelson, was taken to Salt Lake City last Thursday for treatment for a bad hemorrhage from the nose. Mrs. Henry Nelson accompanied ac-companied her. Mr. and Mrs Paul Foote went to' Salt Lake City Thursday and returned the same day. Cherie and Garry Caldwell, of Vernal, are visiting- their grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Faucett. |
