Show Mrs. Violet Gentry Mrs. Bertha Angus BIRTHDAY PARTY Mrs. Reed Lemon entertained at a surprise party for her daughter, Ilia Vaye, Wednesday night. The occasion was Ilia's 13th birthday. Gaines and other entertainment were enjoyed after af-ter which ice cream and cake were served to the following guests: Evelyn Fausett, Marcia Lemon, Louise Gentry, Ravona Campbell, Regena Reay, of Ioka, and Sherrie Gilbert, of Roosevelt. Roose-velt. W. G. Gentry shipped his beef steers to the Ogden market, Saturday. Sat-urday. Mrs. Willis Dart and sister, Pamlette, of Duchesne, spent Thursday and Friday at the O. A. Dart farm. Mrs. Charles Percival and son, Evan, accompanied Mr. and Mrs. Duane Bracken, of Roosevelt, Roose-velt, to Provo, Thursday, where they attended a play presented by the Mutual Association of the Provo LDS Fourth ward. ' Duane Richens was elected president of the student body at Union High School for the ensuing en-suing year. Duane is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Richens, of Ioka. Mrs. Glen Remund and three daughters, of Duchesne, visited Sunday with Mrs. John Angus and Mrs. Huch Percival. |
