Show Funerals Held Tor Myton Relative, Former Resident MYTON Aaron Benjamin Porter, 45, of Hite, Garfield county, was killed in an auto- ' mobile accident Tuesday night, March 7, near Thistle. Mr. Porter, a brother of Mrs. Howard Roberts, of Myton, visited vis-ited here frequently with the Roberts, and with his mother, Mrs. Marietta Porter, who made her home here for several years prior to her death, Dec. 4, 1949. Mr. Porter was buried Saturday Satur-day in Price. Among' those from Myton attending at-tending the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Syerl Dennis, Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Harris, Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Allen, and Mrs. Wil-mer Wil-mer Murray. i i 1 Anna Rebecca Skagg Oberg Grimm, 74, a former Myton resident, res-ident, died Monday, March 6, at her home in Salt Lake City. Mrs. Grimm made her home here for many years with Mr. and Mrs. William Zowe, and moved to Salt Lake City when Mr. Zowe left here to take up residence there. Funeral services were held in Salt Lake Wednesday evening, at 7:30 p. m. at the Bethel Baptist church, with graveside services held Thursday at 1 p. m. in the Myton City cemetery, ceme-tery, the Rev. Charles Ray officiating. |
