Show Fifty-Seven Civil Gases Filed During Half Year Fifty-seven cases were filed in the civil division of the district dis-trict court at Duchesne during the first half of 1953.- For this same period last year, 42 suits were filed in this division; 48 in 1951, and 37 in 1950. Following are the cases filed for the month of June with Porter Por-ter Merrell, county clerk: Albert L. R. Fielding, plaintiff, plain-tiff, vs. Ken Judd, defendant.
