Show Grace H Dalgleish MYTON "Cooperation between towns in the county," was the answer given by Mrs. Grace Hart Dalgleish Dal-gleish in answer to the question ques-tion concerning Duchesne county's coun-ty's greatest need. Mrs. Dalgleish Dal-gleish has been the correspondent correspon-dent for the Uintah Basin Record Rec-ord since about 1934 and for the Roosevelt Standard eince 1946. She has been a resident of the county for 40 years and has lived in Myton for eighteen years. Mrs. Dalgleish was born in Neilsville, Wisconsin, a daughter daugh-ter of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Hart. Her father arrived in Duchesne county in 1909, followed in 1910 by his wife and daughter, Grace. She is a graduate of the Aspen high school, Aspen, Colorado, and is a member of the Presbyterian Presby-terian church. Both her parents are living in Duchesne. Mrs. Dalgleish formerly held political positions of deputy Duchesne Du-chesne county recorder and deputy Duchesne county treasurer. treas-urer. She now assists her husband, hus-band, James Dalgleish, in the Dalgleish store at Myton. A member of the American Legion Auxiliary, Wm. R. Sands Unit 5, Mrs. Dalgleish has served as past district president presi-dent of District 5. I She feels that Duchesne coun-I coun-I ty's greatest present asset is the excellent water supply, making mak-ing possible the large crops of alfalfa seed frown in abundance |
