He was accompanied by his wife. WORK MEETING The Relief Society held a work meeting all day Tuesday. The day was spent quilting and a pot-luck lunch was served to a large crowd. Kate Adams, of Myton, was a recent guest of Frank Jenkins. Roger Horrocks, of Salt Lake, visited his brother, Joseph Horrocks, Hor-rocks, recently. Mrs. Fern Nyberg accompanied her daughter, Mrs. Beth Cox, to her home in Huntington for a week's visit. Mrs. Frances Lou Stubbs and sons, Brent and Brian, and Rex Jenkins, of Vernal, visited their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Jenkins, Jen-kins, Tuesday. . Mr. and Mrs. Norman Long and children, of Roosevelt, were visitors visit-ors of Mrs. Long's parents,' Mr. and Mrs. Charley Bigelow, last Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Bell, of Salt Lake City, were recent guests of Mr. and Mrs. George Bigelow. Salt Lake City visitors Wednesday, Wednes-day, were Bishop L. J. Walker, George Bigelow, Laris Woolley, Floyd Angus and Mrs. Erva Huber. Mr. and Mrs. Morlan Snow and family, o Provo, were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Rile Blackburn over the weekend. Orvill Swain, county commissioner commis-sioner accompanied by his wife, Ora, and " daughter, LaRae, went to Logan Friday on business. QUILTING BEE Mrs. Hattie Foster gave a quilting quilt-ing bee Thursday at her home. Those attending were Mrs. Pearl Woolley, Mrs. Eliza Neilson, Mrs. Margie Lee, Mrs. Annie Warbur-ton, Warbur-ton, Mrs. Fern Burgess, Mrs. Mable Jenkins, Mrs. Rhoda Ann Lee, Mrs. Vera Caldwell, Mrs. Vera Huber, Mrs. Elizabeth Harrison and Mrs. Delia Burton.
