CIVIL SUITS FILED SHOW INCREASE FOR LAST 3 MONTHS Civil suits filed in the district court at Duchesne have increased slightly during the past six months, reports Porter L. Merrell, county clerk. During this period, 51 civil suits have been filed compared com-pared with 45 for this six months in 1955 and 70 for all year. In the probate division of the court, 15 probate cases had been filed through June 30 compared with 13 for this period last year and 23 for the 12 month period in 1955. Criminal cases filed increased also during this six month period. Six cases were docketed in the criminal division through June 30 compared with two for this period last year and seven for the full year.
