FROZEN LEMON PUDDDING (Serves 4) ?r Chill in ice tray until almost frozen Vi CUP evaporated milk. ?e Mix in large bowl: ,'e 1 egg yolk or 3 tbs. sugar 4 tsp. grated lemon rind . J? l tbs. lemon juice ' Beat until stiff 1 egg white. ' Beat into egg white gradually 2 tbSj su?ar- Fo,d e2 wihte 71 mixture 'nt0 'emon mixture. Whip milk in cold bowl until ,jj fluffy- T11611 add tbs- 'emon , juice. Fold whipped milk into egg mixture, and pour into ice tray'. Sprinkle over top y4 cup gra-iJJ gra-iJJ leiri cracker crombs, mixed with 2 tbs- brown sugar and y2 tsp. cinnamon.
