Show Mrs. Garda Seeley STAKE SING-SONG AT UPALCO A large group of Beehive girls and Boy Scouts attended the stake Sing-Song held on the Murphy lawn in Upalco, Friday evening. Enjoying the fun were: Jean Remington, Rem-ington, Jeanne Seeley, Dianne Thomas, Carolyn Goodrich, Carma Car-ma Atwood, Rosie Bird, Mary Lee Lisonbee, Jimmie Seeley, Calvin Powell, Ralph Goodrich, Gene Barrett, Bar-rett, Chad Winkler, Michael Lisonbee, Lis-onbee, Paul Larsen and Dennis Thomas. Bud Jackson, of Ogden, came after his wife and three daughters, who have spent the past month visiting in Bluebell with her par- ents, Mr. and Mrs. James Bird. They returned to their home, Monday. Mon-day. Mr. and Mrs. LaVar Aliphant and daughter, of Salt Lake City, visited during the week here with their daughter, Mrs. Orland Murray Mur-ray and family at Altonah. They also spent one day in Bluebell visiting vis-iting Mr. and Mrs. Earl Murray. Miss Carma Atwood is visiting in Roosevelt with Mr. and Mrs. Merlin Fenn. BIG HANCOCK REUNION Mr. and Mrs. John Goodrich and Carolyn accompanied Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Goodrich to Salt Lake City, where they attended a Hancock Han-cock reunion at Liberty Park. Mr, and Mrs. Martin Hancock also attended at-tended the reunion. There were 89 members of the Hancock family fam-ily present. Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Goodrich and family and Henry Allred and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Goodrich spent Sunday visiting in Price and Helper. Hel-per. Mr. and Mrs. Alma Richmar. and two children, of Provo, visited here and in Roosevelt with relatives. rela-tives. Mr. and Mrs, Willard Rael and family, of Provo, spent Saturday and Sunday here visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Wm. O. Larsen. Mrs. Nona Harwood and baby son, of Ogden, are here visiting with Nona's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Claud Mathews. Mr, and Mrs. Keith Lambert and family have sold their farm here in Bluebell to Mr. and Mrs. G. B. Workman, of Duchesne. The Lamberts left during the week for Washington, where they will make their home. Mr. and Mrs. Dave Roberts and family have moved to Roosevelt to make their home. PINK AND BLUE SHOWER Mrs. Geniel Reay was an honored honor-ed guest at a pink and blue shower, show-er, Thursday afternoon. The following fol-lowing ladies gathered and quilted quilt-ed two crib quilts for the guest of honor: Laura Seeley, Merle Lisonbee, Belle Bird, Agnes Larsen, Lar-sen, Lucille Whitehead, Lucille Winkler, Loretta Murray, Leah Lisonbee, Bessie Conder, Sylvia Goodrich, Lois Goodrich, Hazel Jackson, Daphine Lisonbee, Ber-neice Ber-neice Atwood and Geniel Reay. A lovely luncheon was served. |
