Show LeetoraBenoetl Fern Houston SEAGULLS HAVE PARTY Beverly Long and RaVae Hall gave a Seagull party at the home of Winfred Long. The parents were invited and all the Primary children of that age. Mrs. Frances Fran-ces Horrocks and daughter Margaret Mar-garet were special guests. A fine lunch was served by the girls. Mr. and Mrs. Myron Haslem moved to Idaho last week. Myron has employment on a farm at Preston for the summer. Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Haslem have moved from Blanding to his father's fath-er's farm. He will be permanently located here as he will take over the work on the farm. He expects to build a new home. Otis Horrocks was a High Priest visitor at Montwel and Neola, on Sunday. ' Bill Haslem and Bob Long took a load of furniture to Preston, Idaho for Myron Haslem. Wayne Haslem sold his sheep. The trucks of Victor Wilkins and Southam Brothers of Vernal hauled haul-ed them to Craig, Colo. Clair Haslem Has-lem accompanied them and returned re-turned Sunday. Mr, and Mrs. Darrell Hall have been in Bennett over the weekend. Miss Carol Hall returned to Salt Lake with them for a visit. Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Anderson Ander-son of Los Angeles, - Calif., are here visiting his uncle Jack Houston. Hous-ton. Mr. Anderson is a finger print sargeant for the Los Angeles police po-lice department. They were entertained en-tertained at the George Houston home at a buffett supper at the outdoor fireplace, Sunday evening. Thirty relatives were there. Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Harmston motored to Salt Lake Monday for medical attention. Mr. and Mrs. Byron Bolton, Mr. and Mrs. Lorraine Bolton and families fam-ilies enjoyed a picnic outing at the power plant in Uinta Canyon Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. John Houston of Provo spent Sunday with the J. A. Houstons and enjoyed the family fam-ily gathering at George Houstons. Miss Dorothy Anderson, of Los Angeles, attended Sunday School with her aunt Mrs. Houston. Wayne Haslem hauled a load of cattle to Ogden, Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Horrocks have returned to Las Vegas, after af-ter attending to interests here. They will make their home permanently per-manently in Nevada, where Mrs.. Horrocks will teach school and Mr. Horrocks has employment. We shall miss them. Billie Bowen, while on the cattle range with his parents, fell from a tree and broke his wrist. Mrs. Frances Bowen and John Horrocks are in Salt Lake to get medical attention for Mr. Horrocks. Hor-rocks. Mrs. Fern OberhansJy accompanied ac-companied them for business purposes. pur-poses.
