Show Former Residents Die In Salt Lake j Our sympathy goes to the families fam-ilies of Mrs. Etta Wardle Ross and Mrs. Christina J. Lloyd in their passing. Mrs. Ross and family fam-ily were early pioneers of Ioka and did much good here, and were devoted church workers. Mrs. Lloyd, mother of James and Otto Lloyd, of Ioka, was a resident of Upalco for a number of years. Mr. and Mrs. James Lloyd, Dean Lloyd, Mr. and Mrs. Otto Lloyd and Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Webb and son, Lee, went to Salt Lake City and attended the funeral of Mrs. Lloyd, Friday. Speakers at Sacrament meeting meet-ing Sunday were Orlan Cook, of Ballard, Kay Campbell and Milo Campbell. Merlin Sullivan of the stake High Council, was a visitor at meeting. John Percival went to Provo, Friday, with the class from Union Un-ion High to attend the track meet at the BYU. |
