Show Mrs. Alice Lublin Feted At Party On Her Birthday Rated as one of the season's ; loveliest social events was the j birthday party s given for Mrs. ; Alice Lublin at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Paul Murphy, on Feb. 19. Assisting Mrs. Murphy with arrangements was her sister, sis-ter, Mrs. Leroy Sparks, of Salt Lake City. Invited to attend the lovely affair with Relief Society board members who had worked together to-gether for a number of years on the Relief Society stake board, including Mrs. Mary Orser, Mrs. Helen Colton, Mrs. Gertrude Fredrickson, Mrs. Jane Page, Mrs. Florence Nielson, Mrs. Deone Galloway, Mrs. Tina Wilkins, Wil-kins, Mrs. Peter Anderson, Mrs j La Vina Murphy, Mrs. Margaret Wiscombe of Salt Lake City and the honored guest. Each guest was presented a beautiful corsage after which a delicious dinner was served at tables centered with dainty rose bud nosegays. Following dinner the guests devoted the remainder of the evening to visiting and writing cards to past Relief Society pres-dents, pres-dents, Mrs. Kate Killian and Mrs. Arda Johnson who were unable to be present. Mrs. Florence Nielson directed the letter writing. Mrs. Lublin was presented a book autographed by the group. |
