Show Mrs. Garda Seeley Taking Class The following people are taking a teacher training class from Rondo Ron-do S. Harmon at the Altamont Seminary building each Sunday morning; Lynn Cook, Eugene and Rita Powell, Drew.Jay and Bob Goodrich, Shana Lee Winkler, Janet Seeley, Carolyn Goodrich, Thel'ma Cook, Daphine Lisonbee, and Dorthella Murray. The class has elected the following officers: President, Drew Goodrich; 1st Assistant, Nona Mitchell;, 2nd Assistant, Shana Lee Winkler, Secretary, Sec-retary, Janet Seeley and Historian,; LeWana Timothy. Home from school for Thanksgiving Thanks-giving holidays were the following: Mr. and Mrs. Keith Duke, Pauline Winkler, Kent Remington, Dal Seeley, JoJAnn Goodrich and Danny Dan-ny Gallego and Boyd Goodrich. Others home from their various working places were Clyde Goodrich, Good-rich, Ronnie Goodrich, .Bill Powell and Wayne Bird. Mr. and Mrs Max Allred, of Salt Lake, are the very proud parents par-ents of a baby boyr Proud grandparents grand-parents ar Mr. and Mrs. Claud Allred and Mr. and Mrs. LaVon Atwood of Bluebell. Mrs. LaVon Atwood and daughter, daugh-ter, Carma. spent Sunday in Salt Lake City with Mr. and Mrs. Max Allred. Mr. and Mrs. Howard Goodrich and three children, of Helper, visited vis-ited on Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Fred Goodrich and Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Goodrich and family. Mr. and Mrs. Owen Goodrich and family spent Thanksgiving at Mt. Emmons with Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Lambert and family. Mr. and Mrs. Ted Harmston and sons, Dick and Mr. and Mrs. Jack Harmston and small daughter, and Mrs. Jack Harmston's mother from Reading, Penn., visited on Sunday afternoon with Mr. and Mrs Leslie Goodrich. Thanksgiving holiday visitors at the Whitehead home were Mrs. Whitehead's brother, Mr. and Mrs. Keith Joiner, and family of Orem, and her sister and her family of Provo. Mr. and Mrs. LaVon Atwood and family spent Thanksgiving day at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Marian Lott at Roosevelt. Mr. and Mrs. John Goodrich and Carolyn and Lorene, and Mrs. Fred Mathews and two children, Mr. and Mrs. Efed Goodrich and son, Boyd, Mr and Mrs. Leonard Goodrich Good-rich and family. Mr. and Mrs. Lee Goodrich all spent Thanksgiving at Bonanza with relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Marion Seeley and Mr. and Mrs. Norman Goodrich spent the Thanksgiving holidays in Salt Lake City and Ogden, visiting vis-iting with relatives. ' Mr. and Mrs. Ray Howe and two boys, of Salt Lake City, spent Friday, Fri-day, Saturday and Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. James W. Powell. A SKATING PARTY HONORS 10-YEAR-OLD Owena Goodrich was honored at an ice skating party Friday afternoon, after-noon, the occasion being her 10th birthday. Guests helping Owena have an afternoon of fun were Denny Lambert, Vance Lambert and Jane Lambert, Gloria Atwood. Morris Goodrich, Clara Stevensen, Maurine Stevensen, Carol and Ann Goodrich. Afterwards a lovely Hunch was served. |
