Mr. and Mrs. Ed Olsen and Johnny Smith spent Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Grant Smith in Whiterocks. Walt Anderson, of Upalco, transacted business at the Gilbert Gil-bert Beebe ranch, Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Dave Carroll and son, of Salt Lake, spent the weekend visiting relatives and looking after business interests here. Mr. and Mrs. Barton Saris and son returned home Saturday. after af-ter spending a week in Meeker and Pueblo, Colorado. Mr. and Mrs. Blaine Corbin and sons made a trip to Salt Lake City, Monday, accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Farns-worth. Farns-worth. of Altamont. Mr. and Mrs. Farnsworth remained in the city where Mr. Farnsworth will receive medical care. Mr. and Mrs. Bob Berrett, of Rangely, Colorado, were weekend week-end visitors. A Tuesday night frost froze gardens and hay in this area. Mr. and Mrs. Cleon Watterson and son. of Salt Lake City, spent the weekend with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Chase Watterson, and Clyde Lambert. Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Ludvi-soti Ludvi-soti and sons, of Salt Lake City, visited relatives a few days last week. Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Maxfield, Mrs. Mable Maxfield, Mrs. George Fisher, Jr., and Mrs. Dennie Ralphs went to Vernal to see their granddaughter and niece, Mrs. Velma Richens, who is seriously ill in the Vernal hospital. George Kone, of Roosevelt, visited his grandfather. George Mecham, Wednesday. Glen Mohlman made a business busi-ness trip to Salt Lake. Thursday. |
