Show Baptist Church Will Hold Mission School Commencing next Sunday, September 23, and lasting through to September 28, the local lo-cal Baptist church will hold a school of missions, announced Rev. Wm. G. Trow this week. The service each evening will begin at 8 p. m., with a speaker from the Baptist Home Mission Board and missionaries home on furlough from foreign missions mis-sions scheduled to talk at the various sessions. Miss Vena Aguillard, a worker with the Home Mission Board from Eunice, Louisiana, will be the speaker for the opening Sunday morning session at 11 a. m., and Mrs. Charles Griffin, director of the Women's Missionary Mission-ary Union for Arizona, is scheduled sched-uled to speak Sunday evening at 8 p. m. She plans to show colored slides of phases of her work. Rev. Trow cordially invites the public to attend any or all of the meetings during the school of mission week. |
