He owns and operates oper-ates the Duchesne Garage. Carl Wilkerson has assumed ' duties as president of the Duchesne Du-chesne Lions Club to succeed Farrell J. Humphreys who resigned ! effective June 1. The new presi-i presi-i dent is a garage-owner-operator at Duchesne. Other officers chosen to serve ! for the coming year are Wallace j. Stephenson, first vice-president; B. A. Jacoby, second vice-president; Chester Lymon, third vice-president;. vice-president;. Neill Jensen, secretary-j secretary-j terasurer; William O. Mann. Dr. ' John E. Smith, directors; Rowan i C. Stutz, tail-twister; C. C. Mick-j Mick-j elson, Lion-tamer. Formal installation services for I the new officers will be conducted ' during June. Rules for installa-j installa-j tion of officers were suspended ! to allow the new group to . take ! over the leadership of the club, I since Mr. Humphreys left Du-I Du-I chesne soon after the close of the school term. Atends Convention Mr. Wilkerson, newly-elected president, Mr. Jensen, secretary-. secretary-. treasurer, attended the annual state Lions Club convention at St. George last week.
