Show City Recreation ' Program To Get Going Monday A tentative schedule of summer recreation activities for Roosevelt City has been announced by Gien Allred, director. He reports a decline de-cline of interest in the Softball program for adults. For the past few years a combined city-church league has functioned with as many as twelve teams competing. According to Mr. Allred, to date, no city or commercial teams have entered the adult Softball league. Most of the wards in Roosevelt LDS stake will enter teams in the church program. It isn't too late to get a city league organized, and Mr. Allred an-1 an-1 nounced he will receive entries up to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, June 12, at which time a meeting will be held to get a schedule drawn. In addition to a baseball program pro-gram for the kids of "little league" age, and boys' and girls' softball, along with the church program, tennis tournaments are being planned and if sufficient interest is registered in volley ball, that (Continued on Back Page) CITY RECREATION (Continued From Page 1) also will be scheduled.
