Show Coyote Bounties Drop From 5SS; ! Bobcats Increase Only 9 coyotes have been turned in for bounty at the county coun-ty clerk's office during the past four months, as compared to 15 coyotes for the same period last year. In contrast, 7 bobcats have been bountied in Duchesne county coun-ty during the first four months of 1951, compared with 27 during dur-ing this same period in 1950 Bounty claims presented for payment during January, February, Feb-ruary, March and April were made by the following: Orln Curry, Neola, 3 coyotes, 1 bob cat; Aaron Stevenson, Mt. Home, 1 coyote, 37 bobcats; Peter Ivie, Tabiona, 11 bobcats; Clive Moon, Duchesne, 1 bobcat; Cecil Bor-en, Bor-en, Roosevelt, 2 coyotes, 6 bobcats. bob-cats. Bounty for coyotes and bobcats bob-cats is $6 each. Total bounty claims paid for the first four months in 1950 was $302, compared com-pared with $468 this year. Last year's claims included bounty for two cougars at $25 each. |
