Show Couple Observes Golden Wedding Anniversary Mr. and Mrs. S. O. Solomon-son Solomon-son celebrated their golden wedding wed-ding anniversary, Tuesday, Nov.. 8. Well-wishers at the Solomon-son Solomon-son home for the occasion were Mr. and Mrs. Gus Solomonson, Myton, brother and sister-in-law of' Mr. Solomonson; Mr. and Mrs. James Solomonson a n d family, Roosevelt; r.. and Mrs. Charlie Bird and family, Arcadia;- and Mr. and Mrs. Clair Duncan, Roosevelt. Mr. and Mrs. Solomonson were married in Richfield, Utah Nov. 8, 1909, and later received their endowments in the Manti LDS temple. In the spring of 1910, Mr. and Mrs. Solomonson moved to the Uintah Basin, residing in Arcadia Mr. Solomonson -engaged in farming and dairying until bad health forced him to sell his farm and move to Roosevelt, Roos-evelt, Aug. 2, 1947. While in Arcadia, Mr. solomonson sol-omonson was first bishop of the ward in the Duchesne Stake. The couple are the parents of-thre children, Edward Solomonson, Sol-omonson, Washington. D. C., i. James Solomonson and Mrs. El-'sie El-'sie Bird, Arcadia. They have ll grandchildren and 2 great- grandchildren. |
