Show Notice To Water Users Notice is hereby given that Moon Lake Water Users Association, Assoc-iation, Roosevelt, Utah, by Louie Galloway, has filed with the State Engineer, requests for extension ex-tension of time from September 24, 1949, to September 24, 1951, in which to make and submit proof of appropriation of water under Applications Nos. 8532 and 8386-a for the appropriation of 2500 ac. ft. and 1350 ac. ft. of water respectively, from West Fork of Lake Fork River in Duchesne County, Utah, to be used for irrigation and culinary culin-ary purposes. . It is represented that $36,000 has been expended in constructing construct-ing present works, and that water has been applied to beneficial ben-eficial use. Additional time is requested in which to complete the construction of Yellowstone Feeder Canal, and allow for full use of all land under the project. pro-ject. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of said requests with reasons therefor, must be made in affidavit affi-davit form, with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, 1, Utah, on or before December De-cember 17. 1949 A hearing will be held on these requests for extension of time before the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, 1, Utah, at the hour of 10:30 a. m.
