Show ipaico Lemo Williams E. L. Murphy made a trip tj Salt Lake City on business during dur-ing the week. P-TA was held Friday at Al-tamont Al-tamont High School, when a dance and a fashion show were featured. The Home Ec. class modeled dresses students had made themselves. Attending from here were Mr. and Mrs Hugo Mitchell, lone Mitchell Mrs. Wayne Williams. Mrs. Bill Taylor, Mrs. Grover Mitchell Miss Georgia Durfey, Miss Laura Lau-ra Potts, Mrs. Harley Evans, Miss Lemo Williams, Miss Betty Iorg, Robert Iorg and Donald Durfey. Mr. and Mrs. Sam Williams received word during the week that their daughter, Miss Dor's Williams, of Salt Lake, was married. Mr. and Mrs. Reed Durfey and children made a trip to Salt Lake City during the wees on business. Mrs. Marta Mitchell, of Upai-co, Upai-co, and Charlie Allred. visited in Salt Lake recently. Upalco ward conference was held Sunday at the ward hall. Speakers were William Larson, U. B. Winkler, Leon Burton, President William Brotherson, and Elder Glade Nelson, from Upalco, who has just returned from a mission. Mr. and Mrs. Milton Ricks are the parents of a new baby boy. Lee Potts and Hugo Mitchell attended a meeting in Mt. Emmons Em-mons Sunday. |
