Show Algie Luke Weds Dick Hudson En Home Ceremony Miss Algie Luke and Richard G. Hudson recited marriage vows Saturday, Sept. 2, at 11:00 a., m. at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wenzel Luke, Rosevelt, in the presence of assembled relatives and close family friends. Bishop Ezra J. Nixon, of the Roosevelt Second ward read the impressive rites as the bridal party stood before a large plate-glass mirror, flanked flank-ed with baskets of pink and white gladioli. The attractive blonde bride, given in marriage by her father, wore an ivory satin creation, fashioned with long' sleeves, high, round neckline and fitted waist with a draped hipline. Her head dress was of seed-pearls, seed-pearls, and she carried a bouquet bou-quet of pink and white asters. Attending her were her sister, Miss Peggy Luke, as maid of honor, and the Misses Alta Jackson, Jack-son, JaNee Benson, and Beverly White, and Mrs. Lola Luke, as bridesmaids. All were attired in pastel formals and carried dainty nosegays of pink sweet-peas. sweet-peas. Levi Roberts performed best man duties. Immediately following the ceremony, a wedding luncheon was served to the bridal party and guests. A beautiful three-tiered three-tiered wedding cake frosted in pink and white, and topped with a miniature bride and groom, centered the dining-table, which was laid with an exquisite white satin cloth. Lighted pink tapers in crystal holders completed the decorations, while fragrant bouquets bou-quets of summer flowers added their beauty to the hooms. Now on a two-week honeymoon honey-moon trip to Tomahawk, Wisconsin, Wiscon-sin, where they will visit Mr. Hudson's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Cliff Hudson, the young couple will return to Salt Lake City September 15, where Mr. Hudson Hud-son will await orders from the Marine Reserve board.
