Show Attendance At Church Brings Awards The YWMIA presented the program in Sacrament meeting Sunday evening, with Mrs. Helen Hel-en Larson and Mrs. Ivan Payne, from Roosevelt, at the stake visitors vis-itors Joan and Patsy Gines received awards for attaining 100 attendance at-tendance at meetings during the past 17 months. Barbara Hullinger, Hul-linger, Deanne Asay, Marilyn Brighton, Joanne Todd, Carolyn Ross, Josephine Asay, Virginia Jenkins and Karla Stanley also received awards for outstanding attendance at various- meetings the past year and a half. Sunday School faculty meeting meet-ing was held at the Alden White home Monday evening. June 2 Wendel Johnson presented the lesson. Eight officers and teachers teach-ers were present. Mrs. White served refreshments after the discussion. Ned Gines, Norman Angus, l Larry Lar.s-en, Lynn White, En-I En-I syne Clark and Keith Todd were .Temple last week and also at-among at-among those who helped fight the high water at Leota Sunday. Mrs. Spencer Squire attended J the marriage of her sister, Miss Fay Cook, in the Salt Lake LDS I tended the wedding reception at Provo. Lynn Haslem, of Bennett, a recently returned missionary, spoke in Sacrament meeting Sunday evening. |
