Workman reports re-ports that his assessment rolls were completed and filed with the Duchesne County Treasurer on the first Monday in May this year, or in other words "on time. He is especially grate ful for (the splendid response given by the people of the county coun-ty in mailing in their personal property statements. At least 90 per cent of the statements were in on time. He wishes to caution those who j have failed to file a personal property report that they must do so; otherwise, they will be subject to a double assessment I next year, inasmuch as the assessor as-sessor may assess property that I has escaped assessment at anytime any-time during the calendar year, I a well as for any year that such I property has not been assessed.
