Show bluebell Mrs. Garda Seeley Suffers Broken Arm Getting Wood Sam Jenkins had the misfortune mis-fortune to break his arm while alter wood on Monday of last week. He was taken to the Roosevelt Hospital where he remained re-mained under treatment until Wednesday. Mrs. Thelma Cook left Sunday Sun-day for Logan to attend a week's cooking school in connection con-nection with her work with the school hot lunch program. Boyd Goodrich left last wef.k for Pocatello, Idaho. Mr. and Mrs. Harry Latturner and Carol and Jo Jensen, of Price, visited on Monday and Tuesday with Mr. and Mrs. M. C. Seeley. Mr. and Mrs. Alma Richman and daughter, Helen, of Prove, visited here a few days last week with Bishop and Mrs. Gardner Goodrich. . Mr. and Mrs. Jack Chapman and family, of Orem, are here visiting Mrs. Chapman's parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Jackson. Jack-son. Both Mr. and Mrs. Chapman and Mr. Richman are employed at the Geneva Steel Plant in Provo and are out of work because be-cause of the steel strike. Mrs. Jane Shupe, of Idaho Falls is here visiting with her sister, Mrs. James Cook. Boyd Lee Birtchell, of Roosevelt Roose-velt is here visiting his cousins, Ralph and Jay Goodrich. Mr. and Mrs. Albert Poweli and three children, of Midvale, spent the weekend visiting relatives. rela-tives. Calvin Powell returned to Midvale for a shore visit. Mrs. Jorgina Johnsen and Mrs. Rachel Reading, of Murray, Mur-ray, visited here from Friday unitl Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. John Thorsen. |
