Show Ivorys Will Make New Home In Springville Mr. and Mrs. Howard Ivory and family plan to move in the very near future to make their home in Springville, where Mr. Ivory has been transferred as an employe of the Soil Conservation Conser-vation Service. The Ivorys have resided in Roosevelt for the past seven years, and prior to that time : lived in Vernal for four years. In both cities, Mr. Ivory has been affiliated with the S C S. Mr. and Mrs. Ivory have both been ardent civic and1 church workers in the community since residing here. Mr. Ivory at present pres-ent is acting as second counselor counsel-or in the Roosevelt LDS Stake Presidency, and before that occupied oc-cupied other important posi-itions posi-itions in the Roosevelt Ward. He was president of the Roosevelt Roose-velt Lions Club last year, as well as chairman of the Duchesne Du-chesne County Fair Board, and has served as Duchesne county chairman of the National Foundation Foun-dation for Infantile Paralysis for the past several years. The Ivorys and their children. Maurine, Tom, Keith. Mary, Carma and Kathy, will be missed greatly by the many friends they have made in the Basin, but are wished much success in their new home. |
