Show Ikoh Elodeo Is Set To Show On July 3 and 4 The Basin Rangers under the direction of Merv Betts, president, presi-dent, are moving every possible stone that might divert progress away from the third annual Rodeo and Western Show that is on schedule for Neola July 3 and 4. According to President Betts, a great show has been planned with hundreds of dollars in prizes offered to those who par-i ticipate in such shows. Assist-1 ing Mr. Betts in the business affairs of the Rodeo are Melvin Davis, vice-president; Mrs. Merv Betts, secretary, and Ken Ober-hansley, Ober-hansley, treasurer, all officers of the Basin Rangers. Rodeo chairman chair-man is Art Allen, who has been j directing Neola shows almost I since the year one. j A new feature has been add-i ed to their night performance! on July 3rd with the announce-1 ment a fireworks display is to be offered. The July 4th show is an afternoon affair, which begins at 2 o'clock. The night show is at 7 p.m. An Independence Indepen-dence Day program is set for the Neola LDS ward chapel at 10 a.m. with a parade set for 1:30 p.m. |
