Show Notice To Wafer Users Notice is hereby given that the Utah Water & Power Board, State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, by B. O. Colton, Engineer, Engi-neer, Ouray Park Irrigation Company, has filed with the State Engineer a request for an extension of time from September Septem-ber 22, 1953, to September 22, 1956, in which to make and submit proof of appropriation of water under Application No. 11930 for the appropriation of 40 sec.-ft. and 2500 ac.-ft. of water from Uintah River and Uriah Heep Spring Area in Uintah County, Utah, for irrigation irri-gation purposes. It is represented that $174,-700.00 $174,-700.00 has been expended on construction of works under this and related applications. It is estimated it will cost $12,-500.00 $12,-500.00 to complete the work and apply the water to beneficial bene-ficial use. All protests resisting the granting of said request, with reasons therefor, must be in affidavit form, with extra copy, and filed with the State Engineer, Engi-neer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 1, Utah, on or before November 14, 1953. A hearing will be held on this request for extension of time before the State Engineer at 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah,' at the hour of 2:00 p.m., November 19, 1953.
