Show 1954 Plymouth To Go On DispSay At Crumbo fttator Plymouth will display its 1954 line of automobiles in dealer deal-er showrooms throughout the nation Thursday, Oct. 15, President Presi-dent John P. Mansfield announced an-nounced today. The new models have optional option-al power steering and three choices in power drives. They are longer than last I year's models. New body lines, I a new front end design, new in-I in-I teriors, new advanced design seat cushions and engine im-i im-i provements are among the 64 advancements in styling and en. gineering design. , "We are confident that people peo-ple will like the new beauty I of our 1954 cars," Mansfield said. "We are absolutely cer-' lain that the-y are the most durable, dur-able, best riding, best performing perform-ing and roomiest cars that Plymouth Ply-mouth has ever '-built." Plymouth is using the link type of power steering. The hydraulic hy-draulic "muscle" is in the' steering linkage. Plymouth officials of-ficials say it is the most effective, effec-tive, compact and serviceable installation produced for cars in the low price field. It reduces re-duces steering effort up to 80 per cent, permits fingertip control con-trol in tight parking "situations and promotes safe driving through lessening of driver fatigue and absorption of road shock. In its 1954 line, Plymouth offers of-fers three options in power drives. It will be on display at the Crumbo Motor Co. in Roosevelt Roos-evelt on Oct. 15, 1953. |
