Show gluebetl Summer Primary Starts June 4th The Primary officers held a meeting on Monday to outline the summer's work. A party j was held on Monday for the j children. Square dancing was enjoyed, en-joyed, and lunch was served. Primary will begin its summer's sum-mer's work on June 4th. Mr. and Mrs. Henry Wathen and daughter, Karen, of Murray, Mur-ray, visited on Saturday and Sunday here with friends. They were overnight guests of Mr. and Mrs. John Thorsen. Mr. and Mrs. Leslie B. Goodrich Good-rich left Sunday for California to visit with their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Kimball. They accompanied accom-panied Mr. and Mrs. Blainey Kimball, of Springville. another son-in-law and daughter. Mr. and Mrs. La Von Atwood and family went to Salt Lake City on Saturday for a short visit. Their daughters, Carma and Marva, remained there; for a longer visit. On Friday the cemetery was cleaned and irrigated. There were fifteen men helping. Mr. and Mrs. Martin L. Hancock Han-cock left Saturday for Salt Lake City to visit with relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Jacobs, of Pleasant Grove, visited with Mr. and Mrs. John Anderson during the week. The Jacobs have spent the past winter working1 in the Manti temple. Mrs. Ida Stansfield and family fam-ily and Mrs. Diantha Hadden and baby daughter, of Price, came on Saturday to visit with Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Bird. Mrs. Danny Turner has gone to Vernal to stay with her husband's hus-band's parents. Mr. and Mrs. Hosea Lisonbee spent Sunday here at their home. Both are employed at the Castle Peak mines. |
