Show Relief Society i Of Second Ward Sionors Leaders Lesson instructors were honored hon-ored at the closing social of the Relief Society of . the Roosevelt Second L.D.S. ward last Thursday Thurs-day afternoon. A short business session preceded pre-ceded the social, with the president, presi-dent, Mrs. Alma Wills, taking charge. A program, under the direction direc-tion of Mrs. E. J. Nixon, was presented with the following participating: piano solo, Mrs. Douglas Henrie; vocal duet, Mrs. Wenzel Luke and Mrs. Harold Timothy; reading, Mrs. LaRue Laris; vocal solo, Mrs. Dwain Buchanan; piano duet, Mrs. Kle-ber Kle-ber Houtz and Mrs. Clifton Burr; tap dance, Nancy Harrison and Connie Timothy; readings, Mrs. Bert Swain. Accompanist for the musical numbers was Mrs. Hen- j rie. Lovely refreshments were served the large group attending, and books of remembrance were presented the following class instructors: Mrs. Louie Galloway, Gallo-way, theology; Mrs. Malinda Thomas, lietrature; Mrs. Bert Swain, social science; and Mrs. Louis Laris, work director. |
