A total of 288,000 gallons are coming into the !; ; city every 24 hours from the city's wells. j; ' 3. 500 water connections in the city are con- !; ' suming this amount of water. : i' 4. This means that 575 gallons of water are being !; used by each connection daily. ' 5. Parts of the city are without water. j 1; 6. How much water is being wasted? How much ; is being used?.
