Show Lay Members Of Church To Conduct Services In the absence of an Episcopal Episco-pal priest at the two Indian mission, the Holy Spirit Mission at Randlett and at St. Elizabeth's Eliza-beth's church at Whiterocks, Dr. Wayne Marrs, of Vernal, will conduct services on Sunday during the summer months or until a new priest is assigned to the area. This announcement was made this week by the Rev. Joseph Hogben, who leaves with his family July 15 to make their' home in Salt Lake City, where he has been advanced in the circles of Episcopal church activities ac-tivities in Utah. Dr. Marrs is the warden of St. Paul's Episcopal Epis-copal church in Vernal and announces an-nounces he will conduct services at Randlett at 9 a.m. and at St. Elizabeth's mission at White-rocks White-rocks at 11 a.m. each Sundpy. Hp- also conducts services at Vernal at 8 p.m. each Sunday. According to Rev. Hogben, it is anticipated the Bishop of Utah's Episcopal churches will appoint a new priest for this area within the next few months. |
