Show Violet Gentry James Lloyd and Evan Percival attended the Republican committee commit-tee meeting at Duchesne last week. Mr. and Mrs. Henry Nelson spent Wednesday of last week in Vernal with their daughter, Mrs, Sally Swette. Dean Washburn and A. V. Sor-ensen Sor-ensen attended to business matters in Altamont last week. Willis Dart and son of Duchesne' Du-chesne' were visitors at the O. A. Dart farm last week. Mrs. Helen Shelton, Mrs. James Ross and Mrs. Mabel Price of Roosevelt called on Mrs. Jack Spencer recently. Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Hadden of Pleasant Valley and Orville Larsen spent Thursday afternoon with their grandmother, Mrs, Olive Sorensen. Orville has just been released from the Army. The Nunley brothers came' in from Salt Lake, Saturday and are busy painting the inside of the Jack Spencer home. Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Russon of Roosevelt visited Mrs. Russon's parents, Mr. and' Mrs. Reed Lemon last week. They were returning home from a two weeks vacation in California. Ralph Dart took a truck load of cattle to the Denver market Saturday, for his father, O. A. Dart. William Fause'tt had a television televis-ion set installed in his home last week, and is getting very good reception. |
