She is stake MIA ; Gleaner leader. Mrs. Don Lawler, of Pueblo, Colorado, visited recently with , her sister, Mrs. John Angus. She was here to attend funeral services ser-vices for a brother-in-law, Morris Mor-ris Woodward, of Neola. Mrs. Woodward, Mrs. Lawler and Mrs. Angus are sisters. John Faucett spent a sho-t furlough with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. J Faucett over the weekend. He is serving with the army. Edna Drollinger, Otto Lloyd, I Bishon James Lemon and Garrett Gar-rett Stone attended the genealogy geneal-ogy convention in Roosevelt Sunday. ; Carolyn Foote visited la.vt week in Provo with her grandmother. grand-mother. .. Mr. and Mrs. Owen Timothy and family left Friday for their home in Orem. They had soent a week visiting relatives in Ioka and Vernal. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Fausett left Saturday . for Salt Lake, where they met their son, John, who has been stationed at Great Lakes Training Station. He will spend a few days with his parents par-ents before reporting to a camp in Washington. Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Hurst, of Blackfoot, Idaho, were Sunday Sun-day visitors at the home of Mr and Mrs. Tom Gentry. Mr. Hunt is employed on the Winterton farm and they will make their home in Ioka. Mr and Mrs. Charles Percival enjoyed a visit from their grandchildren grand-children while their mother, Mrs. Duane Bracken, attended the MIA Confernce in Salt Lake City on Saturday. John K. Lemon returned to his home in Peoa this week after af-ter spending some time with his son. Reed, and family. Mr. and Mrs. Devon Gentry, of Myton, spent Father's Day with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. G. Gentry. Mrs. Charles Percival received a phone call from her niece, Mrs. Reta Curnrnings in California, Cali-fornia, on her birthday anniver sary. |
