Show ffltcnah Mrs. Ethel Beebe Altcnah Scene Of Home Wedding The wedding of Miss Barbara Bar-bara Allred, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dru Allred. of Al-tonah, Al-tonah, and Colin K. Nielson, son of Mrs. Lydia Nielson, of Mt. Emmons, took place Sunday, Sun-day, June 8, at 2 p. m. Bishop J. Arthur Timothy j performed the ceremony on the front lawn at the home of the bride's parents. She was given in marriage by her father. The bride wore an aqua afternoon after-noon dress, with a nosegay of roses and carnations. Miss Mona Miles was the maid of honor, and the misses Janis Allred, Kay Mecham, Sharlene Young and Janice Nielson were flower girls. Best man was Lynn Neb-eker, Neb-eker, of Ft. Duchesne. Melva Allred, Muriel Kolb and Ermond Nielson presided over the gift table. The house was beautifully decorated with many kinds of lovely early summer flowers. During the afternoon Mss Mona Miles favored the guests with several vocal solos. A lovely wedding cake, decorated deco-rated with a miniature bride and groom, and festooned with red rosebuds, was served with ice cream and punch to 76 guests. Following the wedding, the newlyweds left on a honeymoon trip to Yellowstone National Park. Upon their return they will make their home in Mt. Emmons. Mr. and Mrs. James Weeks, of Tooele, spent the weekend with the former's parents, Mr. and' Mrs. Lawrence Weeks. |
