The opening open-ing night is set for Saturday, January 24, from 7:30 to 10:00 p.m . Rae and his committee, "onsisting of James Hall, Denny Martin and Reed Lyman, promise prom-ise lots of fun for all tee-agers1 who wish to participate. Watch for the opening. Bingo' Nite will be held at , the Legion hall on Tuesday night, January 20, at 8:00 p.m. Kirk Benson, Ted Olpin and Bill Nelson have done a lot of work on this project. They have a lot of fine prizes to be given. The public is invited. W. S. Murdock, commander. Post No. 64, has asked that every citizen get behind the American Legion sponsored bill for Universal Military Training, and help to get it passed, by writing Senators and Congressmen. Congress-men. Basin Post No. 64 is one of seven posts in District Nine The American Legion, who exceeded ex-ceeded their 1953 membership quota by Dec. 31. 1952. Fiv posts in the district are still short of their quotas. |
