Show MONTWELL By Beflie Mower Group Aids In Birthday Party Mr. and Mrs. Verlin Nelson, of Roosevelt, Mr. and Mrs. Dale Nelson, of Roosevelt; Mr. and Mrs. Henry Nelson, of Ioka, and Mr. and Mrs. Max Nelson were guests of Mr. and Mrs. James Powell Saturday night, when they gathered together to help Mr. Powell celebrate his 53rd birthday anniversary. Speakers at Sacrament meeting' meet-ing' Sunday evening were: Mr. and Mrs. Sidney Brighton and Lynn White. Mrs. Marilyn Kil-lian Kil-lian also accompanied them. Arvin Hullinger and Delmer Hamblin, students at the USAC in Logan, spent the weekend at home with their parents. Mrs. Vernetta Mitchell is visiting vis-iting her son and his family, Mr. and Mrs. Linford Mitchell. Mr. and Mrs. James Powell and family visited relatives in Altonah, Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Linford Mitchell Mitch-ell and family ' visited Mr. and Mrs. Earl Jordan and family in Duchesne, Friday night. Mr. and Mrs. James Powell have received word that their son, Gerald, is now stationed at Fort Lewis, Washington. Those who' ' attended Sunday School Union meeting in Roosevelt, Roose-velt, Sunday afternoon were: Mr. and Mrs. Frank Thompson. Mrs. Eldoris Fenn and Mrs. Verda Blanchard. Mrs. Verda Reynolds, ,of Craig, Colo., is visiting rela-: rela-: tives in Montwel. Her mother, Mrs. Annie Alexander, has been ill in the hospital this week.
