Show Attend Reunion Mr. and Mrs. Weston Timothy Timo-thy and their three daughters, of Kaysville, attended the Vernon Ver-non family reunion near Vernal, Ver-nal, Saturday, Aug. 18. They visited with friends in Ballard Sunday. The Timothys were former members of the Ballard ward. Mrs. Garn Bodily, of Salt Lake City, visited recently with her mother, Mrs. Pearl Jenkins. Mr. and Mrs. Karl Shisler have returned to New Orleans, La., after spending the past three months at the home of Karl's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Shisler. Karl has been assisting his father with the farm work. He has employment ha New Orleans. Mrs. E. C. Coston spent Friday Fri-day in Roosevelt, assisting with the cleaning of the Baptist church. Mrs. S. A. Brighton, Mrs. Lawrence Brighton and Mrs. Charles Bingham made a trip to Altonah one day last week. M.r. and Mrs. Wendel Johnson and their two children went to the Salt Lake L.D.S. temple Sunday, Sun-day, Aug. 12, and returned the following- Wednesday Mr. Johnson's John-son's mother, Mrs. Charles H. Pearce, returned to her home in Salt Lake after the burial of hei last husband at Roosevelt. Mr. and Mrs. George Bracken visited Sunday afternoon at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Earl War-burton, War-burton, in Lapoint. Mrs. Effie Winn, after having several severe attacks was taken tak-en to the Vernal hospital Friday. Latest reports reveal she was taken to Salt Lake City Tuesday. |
