Show Mrs. Grant Hansen Hi-Land Dairy Buys Creamery Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Lambert were in Salt Lake on business, Tuesday and Wednesday of last week. They concluded the sale of the Sweet Clover Creamery to the HiLand Dairymen's Association. As-sociation. Mr. and Mrs. Moyle Parker visited with Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Case for two days during the holidays. Mr. and Mrs. Farrell Mohl-man Mohl-man entertained five couples after af-ter the Mt. Home New Yea-'s eve dance, with light refresh ments. The guests were Mr. and Mrs. Ned Mitchell, Mr. and Mrs Hershel Iorg, Mr. and Mrs. David Da-vid Gailey, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Rob-ert Lunt, Miss Maxine Winkler and Howard Todd. Mrs. Evan Hansen went to Salt Lake for medical attention. She returned home on Sunday of last week, after visiting with relatives and friends for several davs. Mr. and Mrs. Chester Hart-man Hart-man spent a weekend with Mr. and Mrs. William H. Case, of Duchesne, during the holidays. Mr. and Mrs. Ferrell Mohl-man Mohl-man and family spent New Year's day with Mr. and Mrs. Wendell Johnson, of Roosevelt. Mr. and Mrs. Anthon Rust were hosts to relatives for New Year's day dinner. Mr. and Mrs. LeGrande Mecham and family, and Mr. and Mrs. Don Mecham and son were the visitors. Mr. and Mrs. Irving Snow went to Utahn to spend New Year's day with Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Brown. Mr. and Mrs. Lee Orr were ir Vernal for the last weekend of December, visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Carl Allen and family Mrs. Orr was cared for bv Mrs. Rulon Powell in their absence. Mr. and Mrs. Dovle Swallow moved from the Hansen apartments apart-ments to the Titcomb home on December 29. Mr. and Mrs. Hal Barton and son spent Friday and Saturday with Mr. and Mrs. Robert Lunt. Mr. Barton teaches music at the Rexburg High School in Rex-burg. Rex-burg. Idaho. Cpl. Bryant Gomm was discharged dis-charged from the Army on December 25. He has served for two years, most of the time in Germany. At present he is in Logan. FAREWELL PARTY A 'few friends had a farewell party for Mrs. Mona Miles Neb-eker, Neb-eker, who left on New Year's day to join her husband. Pvt. Lynn Nebeker, who is stationed at Camp Roberts, Calif. She was accompanied by Mrs. Max Stevenson, Ste-venson, who is joining her husband, hus-band, also. The friends who spent the farewell evening were Lois Sadler, Veretta Gomm and Sheila Evans. They spent the evening, Tuesday, Dec. 30, in making candy. |
